Hey so were on holiday in Spain and after a lovely morning shopping, the walk back up to our villa was up a steep hill, and the weather in April was unusually Hot.

I was wearing a tight knee length dress and sheer white and black rimmed panties...

I was so sweaty and my panties were sticking to me under my dress. I was so so desperate to cool down. As we reached the top of the hill next to our villa... we noticed a watering can, well it was just what I wanted so with some assistance from Mr CC I wet my dress and panties creating a great Vpl line under the dress... Taking down the top of my dress I flashed my wet tits... on the road... The cooling water on my dress and by now my soaking panties was such a rush... and such a turn on out in public... I paraded around showing off my wet clothes and flashing my wet panties and enjoying the cooling rush of the water over me... the fun cut shorter than I would have liked by the local gardener having a good eyeful... He He...
