Today I went out for a morning run as per of my January keep fit regime... of course my plan was not just to enjoy the fresh air and run that morning it was to find some muddy places on the way...

I was wearing jogging bottoms, top with white full knickers grey bra socks and trainers... the plan was to go to our local woods and take the opportunity to get Muddy...

It was a cold morning but the excitement of getting some early mud was so exciting... after quick warm up I starting down the lane and soon came across a muddy cycle track.Squishing around and getting my trainers muddy I sat down in the mud track to get my bum nice and muddy and got my knickers wet.

As I carried on down the track the I saw a great opportunity to get down and dirty and wasted no time to roll about in the mud in a larger puddle... This time checking no one was around I pulled down my joggers and exposed my white panties rolling from my back to my front to get them covered... I opened my zipped top and covered my bra and tits!

Unsure if anyone was coming I set off again in my muddy gear to the next muddy puddle, such a rush to be so covered underneath my Jogging outfit... You must try it everyone... its such a great way to get muddy without anyone really knowing what a turn it is...

I finish getting another good muddying of my joggers and top before continuing my run back home.A Great way to get muddy and turn myself on at the same time...

This is such a great way to combine keeping fit and being naughty into my everyday life of Mrs CC.
